Any unused sessions expire after the validity period and cannot be refunded or transferred unless otherwise agreed. Scheduling Sessions are scheduled by appointment and are subject to availability. Please book in advance to secure your preferred dates and times. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be counted as completed sessions. Refund Policy Package plans are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact me to discuss possible solutions. Transferability Packages are intended for one individual and cannot be shared or transferred to another person without prior approval. Astrology Packages Astrology consultations are based on the birth information provided by the client. The accuracy of the consultation depends on the accuracy of the birth data. Reports, recordings, and written materials are created exclusively for the client and are for personal use only. Astrology offers guidance and insight but should not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Reiki Packages Reiki is a complementary wellness practice intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Reiki is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare. Clients are encouraged to continue any prescribed medical treatment and consult their healthcare providers regarding medical concerns. Communication Between Sessions Package plans include support only as specified in the package description. Questions outside scheduled sessions may be answered as time permits and may require booking an additional consultation if extensive guidance is requested. Changes to Packages Package contents, pricing, and availability may change in the future. Changes do not affect packages that have already been purchased. Client Commitment Meaningful results often depend on your openness, consistency, and willingness to integrate the insights and recommendations received. While every session is tailored to your unique needs, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
