This policy applies to Astrology consultations, Reiki sessions, and package plans purchased through Star Alignment

ASTROLOGY READINGS

​

Astrology consultations are non-refundable once scheduled, as personalized preparation work may begin before the consultation.

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth information and attending their scheduled appointment.

​

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

​

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the consultation being considered completed and are not eligible for a refund.

​

 

REIKI SESSIONS

 

Reiki sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

​

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund.

​

Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, may be counted as completed sessions and are not eligible for a refund.

​

Completed Reiki sessions cannot be refunded.

 

PACKAGE PLANS

Package plans are purchased as a bundle of services and are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

​

Packages are non-refundable once the first session or consultation has been completed, or once personalized preparation work has begun.

​

If no services have been used, a refund request may be made within 14 days of purchase, provided that no preparation, scheduling, or personalized work has started.

​

For unfinished packages, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

​

If a refund is approved:

• Completed sessions or consultations will be charged at the regular single-service rate rather than the discounted package rate.

• The remaining unused balance will be refunded accordingly.

• Unused sessions that have expired or missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund.
   

Package services cannot be shared, transferred, or exchanged for other services without prior approval.
